1. Planning/Design
Fidelis Medical collaborates closely with physicians, clinicians, facilities staff, and A/E consultants to develop designs and configurations that align with your clinical objectives, budget, and building parameters.
2. Project Management
We provide end-to-end project management, ensuring continuity and deep understanding of your project’s unique aspects, which can be challenging to achieve with non-local staff.
3. Equipment Service and Maintenance
Fidelis employs its own Skytron trained/certified service technicians who install your equipment and provide preventive maintenance and service as needed. We handle the initialization of all Skytron equipment and prepare the necessary documentation to comply with OEM and FDA requirements.

4. Clinical User Training
Our representatives offer in-service training for physicians, clinical staff, and IT staff during the implementation of new installations. We also provide ongoing refresher training upon request.

Fidelis technicians can provide first responder service training to hospital maintenance and biomed staff to assist with urgent service requirements if needed.
